- Tuesday: Flow Yoga- 9:00 am
- Thursday: Yin Yoga - 9:00 am
These classes will start with a playful flow using the power of our breath to create mindful movement with the body. The second half of the class will slow things down with longer holds to drop into the mind connecting body and spirit. Ending the class with one or two fully restorative poses to leave your mat feeling refreshed and restored.

These classes will have you experience the power of stillness as we settle into poses for 3-5 minutes. This style of yoga targets the connective tissues, joints, and Meridians (energy channels) of the body to help assist with recovery and increase mobility.
These classes will have a familiar flow as we link breath and movement to assist in building strength, mobility, and length. Create awareness of the connection between the body and mind as we move in and out of poses using the power of our breath.
Audrey is able to guide students into and through poses at the level and intensity of individual needs, encouraging students to challenge without pushing. She is mindful of safety and the apporptiate amount of care that needs to be applied in class, recommending students to leave their egos at the door.

Authenticity and her passion for yoga shine through Audrey during her teaching. Her ability to connect is apparent as she is engaging and approachable and although she favours a "hands-off" method of teaching, her attention is, and remains focused on every member of the class.
